Quick start
Three steps to your first gradient
Follow this flow to go from zero to a published gradient in under two minutes. You can skip the account step and start designing immediately, but signing up lets you save and share your work.
1. Open the gradient editor
Navigate to the editor at `colorflow.app/editor`. The canvas loads with a default linear gradient — a soft violet-to-blue transition. Click any color stop on the gradient bar to open the color picker and start adjusting.
2. Configure your gradient
Choose your gradient type (linear, radial, or conic), set the angle or focal point, and add up to 8 color stops. Use the opacity slider per stop for transparent overlays, or toggle the noise overlay for textured effects.
3. Export and share
Hit the Export panel on the right sidebar. Copy the generated CSS snippet, download a 4096×4096 PNG, or grab the SVG. If you have an account, click Save to store it in your library and generate a shareable URL like `colorflow.app/g/a3f9c2`.
Account setup
Create your free ColorFlow account
An account gives you a personal gradient library, shareable links, and sync across devices. It takes about 30 seconds and costs nothing. Pro plans start at $6/month if you need team collaboration and bulk export.
Choose your sign-up method
Register with your email address, or use OAuth via Google or GitHub. Email sign-ups require a one-time verification link sent to your inbox — check spam if you don't see it within 60 seconds.
Set your workspace preferences
After verifying your email, you'll land on the onboarding screen. Pick your default gradient type, choose a preferred color-space (sRGB, HSL, or OKLCH), and set your default export resolution between 1920px and 4096px.
Start saving your work
Every gradient you create can now be saved to your library at `colorflow.app/library`. Free accounts include up to 50 saved gradients and 10 custom palettes. Organize with tags and folders, and share individual gradients via unique short URLs.
